It seemed a natural development for us to branch out into opening our first fishmongers, which has now been open for over ten years. In December 2023, we opened our second fishmongers in central Leigh, which also features a Seafood School where guests can come and learn all about fish and shellfish preparation and cooking by our experienced team of chefs and fishmongers. Our shops are full to the brim with fresh and delicious fish and seafood. We source our fish from as many independent boats and suppliers as possible around the UK coast, and our cockles are literally fresh off the boat! We cook our own lobsters, mussels and octopus on site, and have an extensive award winning 'At Home' range featuring classic seafood dishes such as Lobster, Mac n Cheese to Chilli sauces for you to enjoy at home.

Whether you want a seafood selection for Sunday afternoon tea or dressed lobster for a dinner party remember we can supply you with the absolute best. We pride ourselves on advising customers on their fish and shellfish products, and carefully preparing fish and shellfish to the customer’s requirements.

We try to ensure our fish and shellfish is caught in a sustainable manner. Some of our stock is caught by small independent day boats who fish inshore for their catch and we do our utmost to ensure that waste is kept to a minimum (Our discarded cockle shells are even used on golf courses!)

In addition to our extensive range of wet fish and shellfish, we also offer our own smoked fish products, BBQ ready marinated kebabs and fish as well as a range of rubs, oils, flavourings and complementary products to really make your meals sing. We produce our own house blend of vinegar, the perfect accompaniment to our cockles!

These are perfect for entertaining and take the stress away too! Our BBQ ready marinated kebabs and fish are perfect BBQ food, easy and hassle free, they are a firm favourite with our customers.
