We offer a range of smoked products including many of which we smoke ourselves including hot smoked salmon, smoked mackerel and patés, many of which are have been awarded stars by the Great Taste Awards and Great British Food Awards. We source our cold smoked salmon from several suppliers, including an artisan producer in Argyll, who only produce small batches to ensure the high quality and beautiful flavour produced. Our chef team really enjoy working on new products to smoke, including halibut and trout.
